• How do I get (more) smoke?
   
• You will generate optimal smoke if you inhale quietly and long. It is also important that the battery is fully charged (the light on the charger is green) and that all the parts are properly connected to one another (so that no leaks can develop). If you overcharge the battery, it may become too hot and may no longer perform optimally. This is not covered by our guarantee. Also make sure that there is no empty cartridge on your atomizer.

• How do I clean my E-cigarette?
• You clean your E-cigarette by removing the cartridge from the atomizer and by blowing on the battery (on the side of the Led). You will see that the atomizer produces steam. Continue to do this for some 10 seconds so that the atomizer cleans itself. If the atomizer is not functioning properly, there may be too much liquid in it. If that is the case, you should wipe it dry. Make sure also that no strands stick out.
